• Training - JND has developed course curriculums for various end-users . We generated videos, slides and presentations outlining new processes/current processes for training.

• Knowledge - SQL SERVER, Oracle, Delphi, Crystal Reports, , data conversions / data loading, HL7 interfaces - creation as well as modification, Custom Report development, Support / troubleshooting, Consulting Services, experts in the Clinical Workflow, Billing Workflow, and Scheduling. Create database functions in critical application areas to offer endless possibilities and code reuse for consistency, support, and troubleshooting.
